If you have a new or urgent concern or a request for an on the day appointment please book a telephone appointment with our duty doctor.  Simply complete the fields below and your request will be sent to our reception team. You will be called back the same day by a GP and depending on your concern you will be offered advice, prescription or appointment.  This service is suitable for any new or urgent concern but please feel free to visit our ‘who do I see’ tool to understand the most common advice you will be given.  Our doctors ask for a short description of your concern so they can prioritise calls according to need or urgency.  All non-urgent calls will be dealt with on a first come first served basis.

• This service is not for emergency requests and so this service is not suitable for emergency.  If you have breathlessness, chest pains, etc. please call 999 or in lesser cases call the surgery on 01727 851589 and press 9 to access our emergency phone.
• Please remain by your telephone and keep mobile phones charged.  We will attempt to call back on missed calls but this cannot be guaranteed.
• Triage is not suitable for ongoing concerns which are currently being managed by your GP or for repeat prescription requests.  Triage is suitable for new or acute requests for medication or diagnosis.
