Parkbury House is a triage practice. As such, we deal with patient queries on the day which are dealt with by the Duty Doctor. For routine appointments, wherever possible, for continuity of care, we will try to book your appointment with the GP or nurse you first saw for that particular concern. The NHS requires that every patient has a named GP. Your named GP has been sent to you. This does not change in any way how we work as a practice. If you call in with a concern on the day you will still be triaged by the Duty Doctor. For ongoing concerns you will still be seen by the GP or nurse you are seeing currently, when possible. For any new concerns we will try, where safely and practically possible, to book you in with your preferred clinician.
