You will need to provide photo ID and have your own email address.

If you prefer you can set up re-ordering with your local pharmacy.

Please note: Contraceptives and HRT will continue to remain available to order through the Parkbury House website.

Please allow 2 working days before collecting your prescription from reception:

A request on Monday will be ready for collection on Wednesday after 4.00pm.
A request on Tuesday will be ready for collection on Thursday after 4.00pm.
A request on Wednesday will be ready for collection on Friday after 4.00pm.
A request on Thursday will be ready for collection on Monday after 4.00pm.
A request on Friday will be ready for collection on Tuesday after 4.00pm.
A request on Saturday or Sunday will be ready for collection on Wednesday after 4.00pm.
