New Managed Car Parking At Parkbury House Surgery

CPM are now managing the surgery car park to ensure that our patients can get easy access to car parking facilities whilst attending the surgery for their medical appointments. During surgery hours the car park will only be available for patients attending the practice.

Please ensure that you log your car license plate details when checking in at reception. This will make sure CPM are aware that you are attending the surgery and do not enforce any fines whilst you are here. There is an easy to use check in screen located conveniently by reception. Our reception staff will be happy to help you use this.

Full parking terms can be found on the signs located in the car park. If you have any issues or queries, please contact CPM directly and not the surgery.

For further information please see Parking at the Practice.

How to contact Parkbury House:

Here’s a quick summary for our patients to explain the multiple and confusing array of means to contact the surgery to make an appointment, request a repeat prescription, or to access your medical record and obtain Covid vaccine information.

  • Booking an appointment : Please either call the surgery on 01727 851589, or book online for specific appointments only (via Patient online access) i.e. book appointments for annual reviews, smear tests. Please do not request an appointment or medical advice via email. We are unable to respond to these queries via email.
  • Online Consult If you have a medical concern that can wait and is not urgent, please try using our online consult service – response within 2 working days. Please follow this link www.online-consult.co.uk/org/parkbury-house-surgery

Ways you can access your medical record online :

  • Patient Online Access : Our patients can sign up for Patient Online Access to request repeat prescriptions, book appointments and view their medical record. Please follow this link www.parkburyhouse.nhs.uk/practice-info/patient-online-access
  • NHS App : Patients can ALSO download the NHS app. This also allows patients to view their medical record and access covid passports and covid vaccine data. Please be aware that as a GP Surgery the NHS app is outside of our control we are not able to edit what information is contained in the app. This is looked after by the NHS app and if you have any queries concerning this please contact 119 directly.
