Getting Advice from a Doctor Quickly and Easily

Parkbury House Surgery uses a triage consultation system to efficiently respond to patient concerns, through either eConsult or our telephone triage system.

For new ‘non-urgent concerns’ we recommend submitting an eConsult, which will receive a response from a doctor within two working days. For more urgent concerns, please call the surgery to be added to the triage list and receive a call back from a doctor the same day, or the following day, depending on triage appointment capacity.

How to contact Parkbury House

Here’s a quick summary for our patients to explain the multiple and confusing array of means to contact the surgery to make an appointment, request a repeat prescription, or to access your medical record and obtain Covid vaccine information.

  • eConsult: If you have a medical or administrative concern that
is not urgent, please try using our eConsult service (response
