eConsult

Parkbury House now uses eConsult, which is a digital triage tool, built by NHS GPs for NHS patients, which aims to improve patient access and practice efficiency by signposting patient concerns to the most appropriate staff members. eConsults are automatically linked to patient medical notes, which improves the efficiency of the triaging service.

Our eConsult service is manned daily by a doctor and administrative staff in the morning and the afternoon, andmeans that patients can submit their concern in their own time, without having to wait on the phone to speak to a receptionist. If you have a non-urgent concern, we recommend that you try using this eConsult service.

Patients are able to submit a concern through eConsult between 8:30am and 6.30pm Monday–Thursday, and between 8:30am and 4:30pm on Fridays. All requests will receive a response in up to two working days.
