It is now no longer necessary for referrals for vasectomies to go through a GP. Instead, patients are able to self-refer for a vasectomy, by doing the following:

• Visit the ‘Provide Wellbeing’ website, to download and complete an application
  form – Vasectomy Self-Referral Form
• E-mail the application form to provide.wellbeing@nhs.net
• Await a consultation appointment following internal triage.
